Ellen is a qualitative health services researcher. Her research work encompasses recruitment, data collection, and analysis for qualitative and mixed methods studies in the domains of primary care and trauma care. She has also coordinated a CIHR grant exploring policy-relevant reporting on trauma system performance, and was provincial coordinator for a study on patient and family-focused quality indicators for trauma care. Ellen completed her MPH at Simon Fraser University and her PhD in Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia.

Rachel is a Research Associate in Ontario. She studied social health and psychology at the University of Ottawa and completed her Master's in Health Systems at the Telfer School of Management. She leads and supports primary care projects that solve aspects of Canada’s healthcare crisis through equitable solutions. A skilled qualitative researcher, Rachel preserves people's voices and ensures impact. Rachel has worked with clinicians, the public, and equity-deserving groups. Rachel enjoys communications, knowledge translation, and creativity.

Ridhwana is a health services researcher with experience using administrative data and interviewing providers to improve mental health and substance use services. She holds two BAs from McGill University (Psychology and Geography) and a Master of Public Health from Queen's University. Previously, she worked as a frontline mental health worker in supportive housing across Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, providing harm reduction to individuals with mental illness and substance use issues.

Sarah is a qualitative researcher who is interested in how laws and policies structure social environments and affect healthcare access, interactions, and outcomes. Her prior work has explored inequities in access to sexual and reproductive health services, gender affirming care policies, and HIV non-disclosure laws. Sarah has a BA in History and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and an MPH from Simon Fraser University.

Stephanie is a rural health researcher based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. She has developed a broad research skillset, which she continues to develop to best serve community needs. She leads and supports primary care research projects with a focus on rural populations and perspectives. Locally, she teaches family medicine trainees research and quality improvement skills that they can take into rural practice. She also sits on a national rural research committee and collaborates on national capacity building efforts in rural health research.
